What's the correct way to change user access from "Full Access" to "Read Only"?
We're changing the permissions of some of our shared mailboxes. When the mailboxes were setup, every user was granted "Full Access" in the Exchange Management Console. Now we're finding that we want to dial back the permissions of some users to Read Only. We thought we could use the Powershell Add-MailboxPermission cmdlet to accomplish this however we're wondering if we should first remove their Full Access before running the cmdlet.Orange County District Attorney

I'd run a remove-mailboxpermission on the FullAccess permssion first, then turn around and run an add-mailboxpermission for ReadPermission.
